About the Couple:
When asked about the vibe they were going for for their day and wedding photography, Hillary & Trevor said
We want our wedding day to feel like a small town fall wedding, at the same time taking advantage of the foliage and the rustic Inn.
When they thought about looking back on their wedding photos, they were most excited about photos of the two of them outside the Inn and down by the water. They also wanted some great shots featuring the beautiful New England foliage!
I did a lot of DIY myself for the reception, so I would love pictures of the reception and little details. I am super excited for foliage pictures and would love to take advantage of those shots.
About the Day:
Hillary was a bit stressed out during the getting ready portion of the day. As a wedding photographer, one of my most important roles goes far beyond capturing beautiful images. It’s helping a stressed-out bride feel calm, confident, and completely herself. I can sense when nerves start to creep in, and that’s when I gently step in with steady reassurance, clear direction, and a calm presence she can lean on.
My favorite part of the day was sneaking Hillary & Trevor down to the lake for sunset photos. It was a quiet and intimate moment where we captured breathtaking photos with the lake in the background.
