About the Couple:

When asked about the vibe they were going for for their day and wedding photography, Kirsten & Ian said

A mix of chill/relaxed/barn party. We really want to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible so it’s a relatively casual event. Our friends and family are a LOT of fun though so we’ll be having a good time!

When they thought about looking back on their wedding photos, they were most excited about their private first look between just the two of them.

We definitely want a first look and to capture a special moment of just the two of us together before the day of events. I’m excited to see the foliage and just general backdrop of the barn, etc. I think it will be so simple yet beautiful. We also are going to do a dip halfway down the aisle, so we definitely want photos of that!


About the Day:

My favorite photos from this wedding were the ones we took after the ceremony with the mountains in the background. Mayfair Farm has some beautiful mountain views, and I’m glad we were able to capture them both during the ceremony and here afterwards. Kirsten & Ian were so content and down-to-earth and comfortable together, and the simple beauty of the mountain setting seemed to go with their spirit perfectly.
